Welcome to the site where we will attempt to change the bad habits, add the good habits into our lives, or cross off many of the items on our life to do list. Join us as one person takes the journey and begin your own.

This site is one person's journey to changing her life in 28 day cycles.  28 days signifies one month in exact days.  Many people believe in the power of threes and know you can change a habit or create one in 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 months.  We want to make a permanent change, while still giving ourselves time to figure out if the change is right for us.  3 days was not long enough to know.  3 months was too long to plan for and would only lead to more failures.  3 weeks hit the spot.  But 4 weeks has a lot of significance in cycles.  The moon takes 28 days to orbit the earth.  The tides follow the moon.  Women follow a 28 day cycle.  We began to think 3 weeks was one short of the complete process. In addition to this, there are basically 3 months to every season.  We change a lot with the seasons.

Given all the factors that could change your outcome of this experiment, we felt 4 weeks or 28 days was right for this.  There are three things you can do in 28 days:
  • Bad Habits Be Gone!
  • Create a New Good Habit
  • Cross off a To Do Item on You Life To Do list.
Steps to join the experiment:
  1. Pick a start date and make the next 28 days, your planning session.  (This first cycle can be approximately 28 days depending on the day you need to start the second set.)
  2. Write a list of things you want to attempt to do for 28 days.
  3. Label the items as Habit or To Do Item.
  4. Categorize any things which can be done at the same time or must be done before or after others.
  5. Decide how you want to track your progress.
  6. Break out your calendar and label the important dates in the upcoming months.
  7. Map out a start date for your second 28 days cycle and book yourself for the next 2 to 3 months with goals to accomplish.
  8. Get started!
